Some things I already knew about Genshin Impact. Take, for instance, the fact around Adventure Rank 25 the game slows down. Because you’ve done a lot of roaming around on the maps and gathered a lot of stuff. Now what’s left are the Elite Bosses, and the Spiral Abyss.

Here’s my list of items so far…

1. The game’s meta. This game is about min-maxing the math of characters, weapons, and artifacts. A lot of this is done with consuming items to level up. It’s the only way to defeat or have a chance of defeating higher bosses. Based on the math, it seems most creatures are weak against elemental damage. This means you need to power that up as much as possible. The game follows this up with ATK scores being of next in importance.

2. With the PC version (I can’t say if it works in the other versions because I only play on PC), you can pause the game. I accidently found this out. It helps when doing solo play and allows you to heal characters. Problem is, it doesn’t work in co-op mode.

3. Make specific food items to improve your odds. I make Fishy Toast for improved defense, Mushroom Pizzas for restoring health in a battle, and Adeptus’ Temptation for improved attacking odds. Always keep any “Guardian” food for a quick revival of a…
